How do I register?

Wig USA Inc. sells only to retailers and resellers. We do not sell our products to individual consumers.

If you are a retailer, you may register by clicking the link below. You will be required to provide documentation about your business.

I'm registered as a retailer, but I can't log in.

Your account must be activated by the administrator after you submit your registration form. You will receive an e-mail once we have set up your account asking to Activate it and then set up a password.

 

I forgot my password

Once you log in, "My Account" link will appear at the top right of the page. Once you click the link, an option to reset your password will appear. You may also click the link below.

How do I change my account information or update my address?

You can only update your address through the account page. The account page link is located on the top right or click on the link below. To edit your address or add additional addresses click on "View Addresses" under Account Details. If you need to update other information such the email address associated with the account please contact us with the information you need changed.

How do I purchase products?

You may only add items to the cart after logging in. If you have not logged in yet, use the link at the top right of the page, or click the link below.

Login

After you log in, you may click on any of the product images/names on our website. This will lead you to the product information page. Select a color from the dropdown menu in order to select a product for purchase. Then click the add to cart button. Once you have selected all the products you want to order you can submit the order to us through the shopping cart page. Once we fulfill your order we will send you an updated invoice that includes shipping and any discounts you are eligible for. If everything is in order payment can be processed through your preferred method.

 

How do I purchase custom made wigs?

Creating custom wigs is a long and complicated process. For this reason, we do not offer custom wig purchasing online. If you would like more information, please call us at (877) 947-9447 or contact us at sales@wigusa.com.

 

Payment Method

We accept major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Master card, and American Express).

Net 30 terms are available after six months of order history and at the company’s discretion. COD is also available with a $18 surcharged per shipment.

 

Minimum purchase amount

Since we are a wholesale company, we do have minimum purchase amount of $100. You may order less then $100 however a $15 surcharge will be applied to your order.

 

Shipping and Handing

Shipments will be made via UPS Ground. Freight costs, including insurance and COD charges, will be added to the invoice. Shipments are F.O.B. from WIG USA, INC. warehouse. Concealed shortages must be reported with 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to inspect all shipments upon arrival, immediately.

Product Inspection: Proper inspection of all items upon receipt is the sole responsibility of the customer or any other one acting as his agent, employee, or any other person receiving the shipment on the customer’s behalf. 

Any claims of damage, error, or missing products must be reported immediately to WIG USA, INC.

Claims made no later than fourteen (14 days) calendar days from the invoice date or (5) business days from delivery date as recorded by the carrier used for the shipment will not be honored regardless of reason error or fault of either parties. 

Shipping Details:

  • Ground: Standard delivery for most items is about 3-7 business days (depending on location and weather condition).
  • Three Day Select: Non-guaranteed scheduled delivery is the third business day.
  • Second Day Air: Non-guaranteed scheduled delivery is the second business day. 
  • Next Day: Guaranteed scheduled delivery is the next business day. 
  • Air Shipment Notes: All 2nd day and Next Day Air orders must be placed before 4:00PM Pacific time - otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. 

 

Warranty

Wig USA, Inc. products offer a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty takes effect at time of purchase (which translates to 90 days from the invoice date).

 

Defective Returns

We stand behind our products. If you feel that the product(s) you purchased is/are defective, please contact us (sales rep or customer service) immediately (within 15 days from invoice date). You will be given a return authorization number (RA #) Please write this number outside of the box otherwise the package could be refuse without visible RA number. Upon our receipt of products in question, we will examine the product to determine the type and/or cause of the defect.

If it is determined to be a manufacturer’s defect, you will receive full credit for the item towards a replacement or as store credit. Defective items will be replaced at NO CHARGE. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the orders are shipped and leave from our facility, we are not labile for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your sales rep for further investigation and solution.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise negotiated at the time of purchase or found defective as stated above. If a return is negotiated within 30 days of invoice date, the item MUST BE IN MINT CONDITION (resalable condition) and has not been altered in anyway including cut, styled or dyed.

The company reserves the right to determine if the item is in returnable condition. Products are not eligible for return after 30 days of invoice date. However in certain situations where we do accept a return an extra restocking fee may apply.

Extensions are not returnable under any condition other than defect.

 

Restocking Fee

There will be a restocking fee for items returned without prior negotiated terms or without defect. They are as follow:

15% on human hair products (maximum $100 per item), 10% on synthetic hair products (maximum $50 per item). This charge apply only if the product is returned within 30 day of invoice date, after 30 days there is a 10% extra fee for each 30 days after the invoice date.
